Responsible for the introduction of a Voice Over IP phone solution (Cisco IP Phone System). Instrumental in the integration of the ADP Dealer Management system into the existing network, including the data migration from the existing management package to ADP. Developed the company's Graphics Design Department, allowing ATEL to do all graphics production "in house". Responsibilities include Network System Administration, Phone System Administration, Network Security, Remote System Access (VPN), Database Design & Management and managing the Graphics Design Department.
